- Contact Us First: Email orders@thezaky.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” and include your order number (starting with 515). Do not return your order without instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—items returned without an RMA cannot be processed.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

- Refund Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (e.g., the credit card used for purchase). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
