Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange The Zaky® when I purchase from this online store?

Yes, you can! Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

  • Contact Us First: Email orders@thezaky.com with the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” and include your order number (starting with 515). Do not return your order without instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number—items returned without an RMA cannot be processed.
  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Condition: See below for the individual products
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used (e.g., the credit card used for purchase). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
  • Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
  • The Zaky HUG®:

    • We offer a 15-day trial period. If opened, you may return it within 15 days for a full refund.
    • If the item is unopened, unworn, unwashed, and still in its original packaging, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • The Zaky ZAK®:

    • Because it is a personal item, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its unopened original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange
    • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery
  • The Zaky ZEN®:

    • All sales of The Zaky ZEN® products and accessories are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted
