Customs Duties and Import Taxes Policy
Shipping costs in our online store do not include customs duties or import taxes. These charges, which vary by country (typically 0-25% of the product's value), are the customer’s responsibility. The carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) may contact the phone number provided in the shipping details for customs clearance, and in some cases, duties or taxes may be billed after delivery.

Undelivered International Packages
If your order is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will reship it at no additional cost to you.
However, if the recipient provides incorrect shipping information or fails to clear customs in a timely manner, the carrier may either discard the package or return it to us. In such cases, the recipient is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs. The remaining balance will be refunded upon our receipt of the returned package.
If you request reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply.
If reshipment is not requested, the products will be restocked, removed from your invoice, but the round-trip shipping cost will still be due.
