Customs Duties and Import Taxes Policy

Shipping costs in our online store do not include customs duties or import taxes. These charges, which vary by country (typically 0-25% of the product's value), are the customer’s responsibility.

The carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) may contact the phone number provided in the shipping details for customs clearance, and in some cases, duties or taxes may be billed after delivery.

Packaging Condition

The Zaky® is not liable for any damages resulting from improper international shipping practices. Please be aware that packages may be opened during customs inspections, and we cannot guarantee the condition of the package upon arrival.

Policy About Undelivered International Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will reship it at no additional cost to you.

However, if the recipient (you) provides incorrect shipping information, rejects the package, or does not respond to the carrier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, etc.) to clear customs, the carrier will return the package to us. The recipient is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs in these cases.

If there is a remaining balance after the return, it will be refunded upon our receipt of the package. If you request reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply, and we will assist in resolving any customs clearance issues. If reshipment is not requested, the products will be restocked, and the round-trip shipping cost will remain the recipient's responsibility.
