• Shipping Carriers: We no longer offer USPS for international shipping due to consistent delivery issues. While it was a more affordable option, packages frequently failed to arrive. Instead, we offer deeply discounted rates with FedEx and UPS, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
• Shipping Costs & Delivery Times: Rates and transit times vary by location and carrier. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Customs & Import Fees: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery by the carrier or your local customs authority.

If your order is returned to us due to an error on our part, we will reship it at no additional cost to you.

However, if the recipient (you) provides incorrect shipping information, includes an address not in English characters, rejects the package, or does not respond to the carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS) for customs clearance, the package will be returned to us. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for covering the round-trip shipping costs.

If there is a remaining balance after the return, we will issue a refund upon receiving the package. If you request reshipment, a new shipping fee will apply, and we will assist with customs clearance as needed. If reshipment is not requested, the products will be restocked, and the round-trip shipping cost will remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you. If your package is lost, delayed, or undelivered, we are happy to assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details.
