1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your shipping label has been processed. It may take a day or two to process the packaging and give it to the carrier.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer several shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and chosen shipping method.
- Please note that the shipping time does not include the processing period which can be up to three business days.
3. Domestic Shipping (within the Continental USA) after being received by the carrier:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time is five to seven business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated shipping time is three to five business days.
4. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to most countries.
- Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
5. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipment Delays:
- Nurtured by Design, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processes, or carrier disruptions.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly.
7. Address Accuracy:
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
- Nurtured by Design is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Missing or Lost Packages:
- If your package is missing or lost in transit, please get in touch with our customer support at orders@thezaky.com within three days of the estimated delivery date.
- Please get in touch with your neighbors and the local carrier to ask if the package was misplaced.
- We will work with the carrier to locate the package and help submit a claim.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Changes to your order or cancellation requests must be made within four hours of placing the order. Please get in touch with orders@thezaky.com for assistance.
10. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
