Can I return or exchange The Zaky® when I purchase from the online store?

Yes, you can! Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges. For assistance, email us at orders@thezaky.com with the subject line "Return" or "Exchange", including your order number (starting with 515).

  • The Zaky HUG®:

    • We offer a 14-day trial period for The Zaky HUG®.
    • If The Zaky HUG® is unworn, unwashed, and in its unopened original packaging, you may return it for a refund.
    • If it is open, you may return it for store credit.

  • The Zaky ZAK®:

    • The Zaky ZAK® is a personal item and must be unworn, unwashed, and in its unopened original packaging to be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase.

  • The Zaky ZEN®:

    • Sales of The Zaky ZEN® products and accessories are final.
